Carolyn Gilbert

Founding Partner
Carolyn assists clients with civil litigation and mediation matters, state and federal environmental regulatory compliance, and land use matters. Prior to co-founding GF Northwest Law, Carolyn spent 8 years with the Seattle office of Perkins Coie. She received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, and her B.A. from the University of Washington. Born and raised in Skagit Valley, Carolyn recently returned to the area with her family, bringing her extensive legal expertise back to her roots.

Michelle Furrer

Founding Partner
Michelle assists clients with civil litigation, enviornmental and land use matters. Prior to launching GF Northwest with Carolyn, Michelle clerked for Judge Edirin Okoloko at the Snohomish County Superior Court and externed for Judge Anne McKeig at the Minnesota Supreme Court. When she is not working, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family in the outdoors and on the family farm.
