Carolyn Gilbert

Founding Partner
Carolyn assists clients with civil litigation and mediation matters, state and federal environmental regulatory compliance, and land use matters. Prior to co-founding GF Northwest Law, Carolyn spent 8 years with the Seattle office of Perkins Coie. She received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, and her B.A. from the University of Washington. Born and raised in Skagit Valley, Carolyn recently returned to the area with her family, bringing her extensive legal expertise back to her roots.

Michelle Furrer

Founding Partner
Michelle is dedicated to assisting clients with civil litigation and mediation, state and federal environmental regulatory compliance, and land use matters. Before co-founding GF Northwest, Michelle served as a Legal Resident for Justice Anne K. McKeig at the Minnesota Supreme Court and as a Law Clerk for Judge Edirin O. Okoloko in the Snohomish County Superior Court. A proud resident of Monroe, Michelle's commitment to both her profession and her community underscores her passion for making a positive impact in Snohomish, Skagit, and the surrounding counties. When she's not advocating for her clients, you can find her helping on the family farm or embarking on adventures with her family.
